HR Co-ordinator, Milton Keynes
The HR Co-ordinator will oversee all HR administration tasks within a fast-paced and demanding environment. This includes onboarding, exit interviews, payroll and benefits. You will act as the first point of contact for all general HR queries and will provide excellent customer service to all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR related documents such as offer letters, exit interviews etc.
- Manage the shared mailbox on a rota basis ensuring responses are timely and inline with SLAs
- Deliver an exceptional customer service to all employees when answering HR related queries
- Assist the payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects on an adhoc basis
Criteria:
- CIPD L3 would be advantageous
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Proven ability to work autonomously and problem solve
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven stakeholder management skills coupled with relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
