HR Rewards & Benefits Manager, Milton Keynes
Our client is currently seeking an experienced HR Rewards & Benefits Manager who will oversee the rewards and benefits process for all their operating areas. The successful candidate will create a compelling reward and benefits strategy for all areas of the business which will promote employee engagement as well as helping to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on the effective development and implementation of the Rewards & Benefits strategy
- Design, develop and manage a Rewards framework including policies and processes which facilitates effective delivery of the Rewards agenda, incorporating annual pay review, market benchmarking, variable pay and Benefit renewals
- Lead on the development and implementation of the Long-Term Incentive and Bonus schemes
- Develop and deliver people analytics to identify trends and deliver solutions
- Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships both internal and external including 3rd party providers
- Manage all executive Rewards processes, and proposals whilst preparing remuneration committee papers
- Ensure compliance and governance across the Rewards and Benefits offering whilst identifying areas of improvement as part of the continuous improvement forum
What you will have:
Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Rewards & Benefits Manager within the UK is essential
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and executing effective HR strategies within a large organisation
- Analytical and data focused, with the ability to articulate and communicate effectively
- Proved track record of working and developing relationships with third party suppliers and key stakeholders
- A clear understanding of key legislative requirements relating to Rewards and Benefits offerings
